TEXTBOOK INFO - Please schedule your classes to check out textbooks. It takes about 15 minutes per a class of 35. If you do not have students check out books for home use, but you will require them to use them at home, please create a system for them to check them out from you. You need to record the student's name and the BARCODE # from the spine of the book.

Textbooks and Consumables
- Order consumables and class sets of textbooks - fill out the Textbook & Equipment Request Form.
- Student textbook checkout for home use – If you will have your entire class take the book home for the year students must check them out via the Library. Request Library Time to visit next week before we begin computer distribution If a student is just taking a book home for less than 2 weeks, please record the barcode number from the spine (400000000xxxxx). If the book doesn’t come back, please email me the barcode, so I can check it out to the student.
- Class set tracking - Due to extensive damage to class sets of textbooks, you will need to set up a procedure for keeping track of which students are using which books. If students damage books, please send the damaged book to us along with the student name, so we can obligate for damage/loss. Since we have new, expensive textbooks for the next few years, this is essential. If your books endure a lot of damage this year, we will not issue a class set next year and your students will have to come in to check out home copies. If you need help setting up this tracking procedure, please let me know.
